I woke up from being fat. Six years ago today I had surgery and have NEVER looked back or regretted it.Today, 6 years later I weigh 128. NOT 225.
The hardest thing for me was stopping the weight from coming off. At one time I was down to 102 pounds, SCAREY. Size 0
I looked like a zombie.
I feel great, more energy than ever. Believe me, if you are thinking about this, do it!
