TOM T -- Congratulations on your surgery and I hope your recovery is speedy and you are now pain-free. I'm sure everyone has reminded you how important it is to walk and drink water - can't stress that enough and a good protein intake is essential, too. May your days be sunny and your recovery a continued success. Marilyn (va)

Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you only have one life and one chance to do all the things that you want to do. The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way! May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you!
