Today marks 1 year since my gastric bypass surgery...

It's been exactly 1 year since I had my gastric bypass surgery. My highest weight, as recorded at my pre-op in November, 2010, was 236 pounds. The day of surgery, I weighed in at 229 pounds. Today, I am 134 pounds. I am 102 pounds lighter than my heaviest weight and 95 pounds lighter than the day of surgery. I still have some work to do, to get to where I want to be, but I'm happy with my progress so far...can't complain.
