Well it has been a really long time but Im back I hope!  I gained about 30# but have lost 7# so Im at 229# and hope to make that better. I will post more later.

This is a little different post then I write, this is about me eating and eating  and eating !!!  I am doing everything I would not do over the past year!  I know everything Im doing wrong and can not seem to stop!  I had a fill Jan 22 and it was the one that finally got me to my sweet spot and I was doing really really good and then all the sudden last week it was like it just went away and Im a open pit.  The thing the really brothers me is after one year of eating right and doing good you thing it would be somewhat a habit. I hope the next time I write things will be better.

Feb 13th not an unlucky day for me!  Its been one year today and wow how I have changed!  Just to give you a little back ground, I stated out Jan 28th on my 2 week liquid diet (kinda like child birth you will never forget!) at 327# bmi of 56,  my Dr instruction were loose 10lbs by Feb 13th or he would not do surgery...........Well I lost 14lbs and had surgery on the13th.        Everything went great, I had no problems just some shoulder pain and man it really hurts but walking really does help.  I have had about 8 fills and the last one was the ONE that hit my sweet spot, for the first time in a year it does stop me from eating to much.  I did not start exercising till I had lost about 50lbs, I believe some people need to lose some weight before they start because its just to hard till you get a few pounds off.  I have had a very uneventfully year with my band and I feel so blessed about that but don't leave much to talk about just that I am now at 209#  that's a loss of 118# and a bmi 35.8
This is a tool and you have to work at it, nothing comes easy but you have a great helper with the band and its up to you what you do with it.  Good luck to all 

Well its finally here!!  After 1 year and about 8 fills I feel I am at my sweet spot.  I got my last fill and I thought it did not work but after about a week it kicked in and Im eating the way I should and starting to lose weight again and feeling good about my band.  I still have issues with head hunger and wanting to eat from bordom at my 12hr desk job but Im working on that.  My one year is coming up next week so I will write then. As of this morning 207#

I got a fill yesterday under xray, Im now at 7.5 in my band and 213#.  Doc says it will be really tight but we will see, he also said my pouch is stretched but only a little bit and I have been eating to much so I have to do better.  He put me on a 3 day liquid diet and then 2 days mushies I THINK IM GOING TO DIE!!!!  I will write more on my 1 year bandannivsary!

Well almost one year.  My doctor was very impressed and happy with me, the official loss is 111# ( I need to change my signature).  I got a 100# loss pin (also the 50# and 75# as they had just got them).  I am going for a fill next Thur under xray so Im excited about that I think I really need it.  My weight loss has stopped but I know it is my fault and not the band but Im getting back on track and have not given up hope yet.  My year is Feb 13 and I would love to be at my first goal which is 200# Im now at 214# so its possible.  Im still very happy with my band and have not had one complication so I feel very lucky and would do this all over again! 

I was on another 2 week vacation and what a good time we had.  The only thing we did was hunt but we love it. 
I have really screwed up over Christmas eating right before Xmas I seen 210 on the scales now Im seeing 213 and the stuff I have eat over the last couple days have not ever registered yet!!  But you know what that's ok because I getting back on track and Im going to lose all the weight I need to.  I have a big problem with pictures of myself, I feel great and think I look great and then I see a picture of myself and it depresses me and I feel like I look the same as I did at 327#.  I get really depressed and dint feel good anymore.  I'll work on it.

My husband and I had a great time, it was so nice to be away from work for that long (I do love my job) but a break is nice.  We spent the whole time hunting with friends.  I got a 4pt and a 8pt deer hubby did not do so well but we have another vacation coming up soon so maybe then.  I lost 4lbs while gone but gained it back eating really bad but I will get back on track now.  It was amazing what I could do in the woods this year compared to last year at 111# heavier, I was like the energizer bunny. Well got to post picture of my big deer. 
 

I'm on 2 week vacation in about 6 hours!!!!  I do not have internet at home so will be gone.
   Things are going really good, Im at 111# Gone and feel better then I have felt in years.  The band I still don't understand, some days I eat all day long and can not get anoth and then others I can eat 1 chicken strip for a meal and that's it, most the time I eat allot but I eat very low calorie stuff so most times Im still under 2,000cal.  The next 2 weeks I will be doing nothing but hunting and that means tons of walking so I hope I lose more weight.  I have had to remove my wedding band for fear of losing it (to big) but I do not want to resize yet so I really miss it.  Hope everyone has a good couple weeks and see you soon.

I have been doing nothing but hunting! I'm not working on my weight loss, I'm not exercising (I get that hunting).  The thing that amazes me is I have gotten so use to eating low calorie things that like today I eat all day but have only had 1,300cal and Im still losing weight, Im at 109# lost.  It is going slow but Im not trying.  I have had no problems and love my band.
