Yeaterday I went down to work, I had to turn in some paperwork regarding getting back to the swing of things. I had to get on the scale to see what was going on. I was nervous not wanting to build up any hopes because I didn't know if I was still bloated, swollen, ect. ect. Its an electronic scale so it flickered the dashes ------ before giving me my reading, the seconds felt like minutes and then it popped up! 285!!!! I'm down 11 lbssince surgery! How fantastic is that! I'm very excited and pleased can't wait until the next time I decide to torture myself! LOL
After that I took my mom , my two younger boys and the dogs down to the boardwalk and we walked about a mile! It felt good to be in the sun and all.
I was woundering if anyone had puree recepies or ideas.I start the puree part today. Thanks in advanced and I will keep posting.
