My Wow's

I'm finally on the adventure of a life time. I'm 6 weeks out currently post op and starting to really feel the changes in my body that prompted this dedication to start with. A big WOW for me was sitting in a common chair with arms that didn't cut the blood flow from my legs or needing the jaws of life to get out of. I can say that some of this journey has been a real challange for me the last week before surg I had to drop 12 lbs for my insurence, I didn't think it was possible to get blisters on top of blisters because I spent so much time in the gym that week, But I did make it finally!! dropping 14lbs in that one week, I ws so proud of myself.
I'll try and keep on my posting to let you all know how I am doing
