April 21st 260-257

I've been hovering around this weight now for a few weeks, and feel like I need to change something up to help my weight loss start up again. I joined Planet Fitness down the street to get up and moving. My biggest challenge is finding the time to get there. I'm told that I need to plan it, make it a part of my day, instead of just sitting around and saying, "Ok, I guess I could go to the gym instead of watching tv."

I've read on here how some people never feel hunger, and I'm totally envious of them. I feel hungry constantly. I've started to know when I'm head hungry and stomach hungry, so it's not head hunger that I'm battling with. I've actually gotten stomach cramps, and hunger pains if I don't eat at least every two hours. I'm keeping up with my protein, so I'm not sure what is really going on. I get a fill on Friday, and hope that I will feel less of this. I had my first fill on 4/9, but it didn't go too well. The dr gave me 4cc and I was in so much pain, he said he took 2 out. It doesn't feel like he left any in. I don't think I've done anything to stretch out my pouch, but am afraid something is wrong because of the amount of food it takes to satisfy me.

Today I'm doing liquids, partly because I'm afraid to gain anymore, but also because I need to go to the store and get pouch agreeable foods. I've done good in the area of staying away from carbs and getting in my protein, I think I just need to calorie count now to help start the weight loss again, along with exercise.

Just frustrated...
