Day one completed

My first day of liquid wasn't too bad - I didn't start to feel naseous until the evening.  I think if I had one more of the liquid meal reaplacement I would have puked.  I checked the list of thinkgs I can have and realized sugar free jello is ok.  SOOOO happy about this.  It's as close to chewing as I'll get until post op. 

I tried chicken broth - yuck! - I have another variety at home but seriously I don't think I'm going to bother.  It really did not appeal to me.  I'm going to get a few herbal teas (camomile is my personal fav) so that I can increase the liquid.

I also took lots of pictures, measurements and weight so that I know where I'm starting from and can see the progress.  I'm down 1.5 lbs from yesterday!! ( I'm sure it's all water - but that pts me closer to being out of the 290s.
