It's been 6 months and the weight is coming off very slow and I am loving it
I had a big fear of losing to fast and looking sick but I feel the way the weight is coming off at this point it is giving my body a chance to keep up with my loss
I am in Jr Plus Sizes and have so much more energy
Life is great and will only get better over here
Always keep in mind that tou did not gain all the weight overnight so don't try and lose it that way 

 I feel so much better It has been 4 weeks since my surgery and I am not looking back and if I do its to remind me where I come from and where I don't want to go back to.  My weight is coming off at a nice rate and I am very happy about how I fit in more of my clothes   

 I am so happy.....I have my date and Im ready!!!!!!

On Sept 27 I seen the WLS and was told to lose 15 more lbs and call in for a date.......Well today is the day I am 280 and waiting for them to open the office so I can make that call......I am so happy!!!!!....Everyone have a great day!!!!!! 

Today I weighed myself and I am under 300 wow.....now I still waiting to see the wl surgon.......and for a min in my head a voice said  " well at this rate.......you will not need surgery...."  My scale said 296.8lbs this morning I feel good about the lost but feel like its a stress loss.....Love the number and still I wait for that call.......I'LL BE BACK WITH A UPDATE LATER!!!!!  

 I have heard so much great info since joining this website and I want to say THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!  Still waiting to hear from the Doc......Hurry Up and Wait.....Story of my Life lol

I have been going back and forth with my insurance and got answers but that did me no good.  I had my mind set on VSG but after making phone calls and looking into the places I can go to have it done.....I am now looking into Lap-Band....still waiting to see the doctor but keeping myself busy till I do....... 

 I just could not sleep last night........At 4am this morning i decide to check and see if my referral was approved.......It was......But with the wrong doctor......the doctor thay gave me was over 100 miles away and did not cover the surgery I want.....I prayed called my husband and woke him up......long story short.......I called my insurance and they called the doctor I wanted and have now changed it......So back to Hurry Up and Wait!!!!!!!!!

I moved to my current location in Feb '11 and seen my new doc for the 1st time in April. I asked him about WLS and he did not even let me finish asking about having it before saying NO!!!!!......Then went on to tell me he did not like the meds my last doc had me on....took me off of all of them and put me on Metformin and told me to come back in 30 days and if my Diabetes is not under control he would put me on Insulin........but he never checked my suger to see how my levels were......So I waited the 30 days and made another appt and as i walked in I seen my doc boss.....he took me and my hubby str8 to his office and asked me why I had not looked into WLS.......I told him about my last 30 days and he did my referral right there in his office....So now its just a waiting game and I wish there was something I could do to get a jump start on things......but I am used to waiting......hurry up and wait is what i live for in life........MORE2COME
