Thank you for sharing your mother's story. Your mother undoubtedly would be proud of you! I am so sad for you and your family. Losing a parent at any age is hard. Please take care of yourself.

My condolences to you and I think you did a good thing by writing this.....some folks do not realize that ALL surgical procedure have risks . Some opt for RNY or other surgeries thinking they are at far less risk than others ; a true "wake up" call.
