So I've been bad about going to the GYM lately. But I went on 5/26/10 and I weighed 119. I've been eating differently I'm not sure if it's ok or not I'm going ask here on the main board. But I've been eating my Special K low carb cereal for breakfast, not eating lunch but trying to get a protein drink in place of lunch, dinner I eat 1/2 of a breast of grilled chicken and applesauce. I'm bad aboulate night snacking I've been eating everything. Yeap this everyday doing the week. Weekends I useually eat whatever. I'm trying to get these last 4-7 pounds off. I've asked a young lady that is planning on having Lap Band in Jan. to workout with me so I can get to the Gym regularly. This will be good for both of us. So we will get 3 days of a trainer which I've saved so I could get my skin off but I don't think it's gonna happen this year since now I got a job. Speaking of my job my care cordinator from this culinary program I took says they can really see a weight loss in my face. They are awful concerned about me eating enough Man if they knew how I ate late evening they would realize I'm eating. I just don't want people to see me eat. I don't want people to think I eat like a pig and I hate food getting stuck in my teeth and not to mention I want those last few pounds off.
