I weighed in on Thursday and I'm down to 112. I actually got on and off the scales 3 time to triple check that I was really reading the scales right. I even asked the lady at the desk if the scales were correct. Of course she said yes. I was shocked. I've been so bad about going to the GYM but I've been eating on this diet my future hubby is on. I eat 1/2 a skinless boneless Chicken breast, cottage cheese and applesauce for dinner. I've been snacking on whatever I want like animal crackers, this dry less sweet cereal and if I want something sweet like ice cream I eat a 100 calorie ice cream cone. I even once in a while eat a few bites of sweets at work. I eat 1 cup Special K protein Plus for breakfast, I try to get my protein shake for lunch if not I have it in the late evening, and then I eat the diet above. I do tend to cheat on the weekends by eating other things like subs or pizza. I've also included Biotin every morning for 2 months now and I see no new hair growth on my head real bummer. If after the bottles I have I see nothing then I'm not wasting anymore money on it.
