Weighed in at the GYM and I'm back upto 113 1/2. Gosh so frustrating. I was sick last week so skipped the GYM. Strange thing is I thought I was eating better. Protein coffee for breakfast (as I am just not hungry in the mornings) if I do get hungry I might eat cereal or a granola bar, lunch always varies as I work for the school cafe, but I do have mandarin oranges daily cause I really like them, Dinner is useually grilled chicken with tossed salad or cottage and Splenda sweetened applesauce and beans, except on Fridays we cook for the legion and useually eat there not great choices to choose from so I useually just eat a hot dog with meatsauce and 2 onion rings maybe a few frys from my husband's dinner. It must have been from not going to the GYM this last week cause I have been eating like this for weeks. I could be just retaining water so that could explain the weight gain to.
