 Today is my last day of Optifast YAY!!! surgery is in 3 days..I cant wait..Im leaving tomorrow morning to go to Barrie to drop my daughter off at my brothers for a few days while Im in the hospital..wednesday afternoon I have my pre-op appt then I have my surgery 8 am thursday..Im excited but also very nervous..I myself or Joy will keep everyone posted

A special thank you to a couple of people Andrea for introducing me to the forum and for being a good friend..and to Joy who has become like a sister to me..hours and hours on the phone together helping each other through all this..love ya girls

I cant believe this is finally happening!!! :)

 well I am on day 11 of optifast..Im getting all my shakes in but I dont get very hungry for anything else..I have a jello once in awhile and a cup of broth but thats it..when I first started off i was having jello,popsicles and broth all the time..im now down 17 pounds YAY me!!..the 26th is coming fast!!

 One week today is my surgery!!! I cant wait to start my new life with my new tool!!..Took my first dose of Vitamin K today..having it with 5mls or OJ was a tease lol..Going to pick up my travel grant today..hotel is booked..I leave on Tuesday, Im so excited but a little scared..I think the nerves will kick in soon...OMG this is really happening!!

Almost half way there!! thank god because I'm really starting to hate jello!! LOL..everything is going good..no cheating...YAY Me!!! I'm down 7 pounds so far!! even with everything that went on with my son I still stayed strong and did all my shakes and all my liquids...11 more days till surgery!!! theres no second guessing myself I am ready for this !!!

 Well day one sucked ass..I was starving to death..I have never ate some much sf jello and popsicles in my life lol..Chocolate is good but Vanilla smells like dirty socks..But day 2 and not so bad, I had my shake this morning had alittle nap till the dog decided to wake me up but jumping on my back..was thundering outside and he got scared and wanted to hide under the blankets lol..he did everything to wake me up..damn dog lol..but now im having my second shake (nasty vanilla!) well Im off to keep myself busy!

Tomorrow is the day I start optifast..Ill be on it till the 24th then clear fluids..My surgery is at 8 am on the 26th, so I have to be there for 6 am..lord help me lol

Things are moving along!!!!

Soon it will be my turn to start optifast..I know I will do well with it..I want nothing more to succeed with it so that it will make my surgery go well...almost 3 weeks till my surgery..I'm getting scared and excited at the same time..I have a lot of support especially from my dad and my angel Joy :)..Soon I'll be joining everyone on the bench!!!!

13 days until I start optifast. May 10th will be my first day. My surgery is May 26th I can't wait!!! - can't wait to start my new life, working on a healthier me. I want to wish all my friends that are having up coming surgery dates good luck!! And to all that have had surgery best of luck and keep up the good work. My angel Joy has been doing great with her journey and I'm so proud of her!!

 Its about time!!! On May 26th I'll be having my surgery woohoo...I start optifast on May 10th...Im so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I dont know if I should be mad or cry...this thing of waiting..I week goes by and still nothing..like people get their dates within a couple days from meeting the surgeon and here I am waiting I think that luck wore off :(  hopefully I'll hear something soon
