ok. it has now been one year since my surgery. I have lost a total of 141 lbs. I am in onederland finally since I weighed in at 199 lbs today ! I started in a size 30/32 ( or 5 X)  top and size 30 blue jeans. I now wear a size 16 jean and Xl top. yet I still feel fat. what's up with that???  I admit I am not doing all I need to and I feel so much guilt over that. I need to really kick myself in the rear and just do it...... exercise that is.   my arch enemy needs to become my friend.  will work on that.
