5 Day Pouch Test, Day 2- End of the Day

Well, I've made it through Day 2 of the Pouch Test.  So far, I am pretty freaking amazed.  I have had a few bouts of carb headaches and perhaps some associated mood swings, but overall I feel good.  My energy levels are decent.  I'm not constantly thinking ahead to the next meal or next snack.  It is very much like people comment... like going back to those early post-surgical days.  Although I am looking forward to some solid foods tomorrow.  :)

And I am curious to see what the scale says Monday morning.  :P
