Need I say more???? Ok, I will....I hit ONE HUNDRED Pounds off today!!!!!
100.4 to be exact. I am 212.4 today. I am thrilled, excited, amazed, all kinds of emotions all at once!! Not to diminish the pure happiness I feel, but there is a twinge of sadness, too. Sad for all the years that were wasted being super morbidly obese. Now that I'm starting to see the "ME" that I was always meant to be, I wish I could have had it sooner. But in my heart I know, now was my time. I was not ready for this before now. I don't think I would have been compliant. It is something that everyone has to be ready for and decide for themselves when the time is right.
Ok, so no more looking back. I've found my stride, I feel like singing.....
