Today was my second appt. Longest Day of my life lol.. I spent the entire day in the hospital.. I arrived at 8:45 and was there until ....  get ready ..  6pm ! lol  I was put into a little group we met with the Dietician and the psycologist then we had a  couple group meetings and I had a 2 one on one meetings one with my Doctor and one with the psycologist...Everything went pretty good. I didnt mind having all those appointments in one day - Its hard for me to get the time off work so it worked out. BUT Because of my stupid Insurance ( Cigna )  I need to go there once a month just to have the doctor sign off that Im participating and Im on a medically supervised diet..which kind of sucks because I have to take time off work and drive 45 min to the hospital but oh well lol .. It will all be worth it.
