So this past week the scale has not moved. I survived Thanksgiving. I have been very active at the gym. My trainer is pushing me hard. So much cardio. I can already notice the difference.
Double sinus infection finally starting to clear up. The dizziness has stopped. Thank goodness. That was hard to take. Never knew when it would hit me. Breathing is greatly improved as well.
Wish the scale would move. I have a goal for December 25 and I don't want to disappoint myself. Day by day. That's the best I can do.
