Hello Friends...Its been a awhile and I am doing fine. I'm right at a 100 lbs lost and I feel great. I have to thank my friend ANGIE ROGERS for inspiring me and Dr. Rowitz & his staff has been amazing to me and my family. Will follow up soon....

HELLO FRIENDS!! I AM ONE WEEK OUT AND I AM DOING OKAY. I HAD NO COMPLICATIONS AND I WAS HOME IN 3 DAYS. DR.ROWITZ WAS WONDERFUL AND WAS THERE FOR ME 100%. THE STAFF AT ANMED IN ANDERSON WAS AWESOME. I NEVER HAD TO CALL FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE. ANYWAYS, THE ONLY THING I AM HAVING A TIME WITH IS DRY MOUTH. IT IS SO AWFUL. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED & THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS!!!

HELLO FRIENDS! I AM ONE WEEK AWAY FROM MY BIG DAY!
I GO FOR MY PRE-OP ON JUNE 24th. MY SURGERY DATE IS JUNE 29th. I THINK AM GETTING BUBBLE GUTS AS THE DATE GETS CLOSER AND I KEEP HEARING ABOUT THESE GAS PAINS.
I THINK I SHOULD STAY OFF THE SITE UNTIL I GET MY SURGERY BUT THEN I GET ANXIOUS AND WANT TO HEAR THE LATEST UPDATES. WHAT MUST I DO?????????????????
INSURANCE

Yes! Yes! Yes! My insurance has officially been approved for surgery. I received the great news May 27. After reading alot of the posts, I was beginning to think that the insurance was going to be a long process. Things are moving very smooth right now and I hope that things continue this way. Thanks to Dr. Rowitz and Staff for everything that you have donr for me this far.
Psych Evaluation

I went for my psych evaluation today, that is mandatory before surgery. I feel like things are really moving now. This was the last thing I had to have done. I suppose I will hear from Dr.Rowitz soon about any unfinished buisness. My pre-op date is June 24th & I am so excited.
NUTRITION CLASS

Today is May 13,2009 and I went to my nutrition class. I thought that I was attending another class but lucky for me, iw was ono on one. Danielle, the Dietitian, was very nice and gave me plenty time to answer any questions. I have been reading up on alot but this time with her was very in depth and cleared up alot of things. I am so HAPPY! Everyone that Dr.Rowitz has me going to has been so nice.
I also had my lab work completed today. The staff was awesome. The first lady looked and refused to stick me, because she was unsure. She called someone else and they were there in a matter of minutes and was very polite. She struck gold the first time. No pain at all! AM I DREAMING?
