It's almost time.  I have been going to Beaumont Weightloss Center's for 5 mos to satify the 6 mos medical supervision as well as the other requirements, pysh, etc...  I have lost almost 30 pounds, the bad part is that I gained twenty before I started the center so I am only really down 10 lbs.  I am about to start the Bettermd vlcd to try to knock off a good 30 to 40 more before the surgery.  The reason is that I want to lose as much as possible after the surgery so the less I weigh before the less I will weigh after.  My dream weight is 150 which is correct for my height, my ideal weight is 175 which isn't bad, my settle for it weight is 180-200 lbs.
