 My surgery scheduled for Tuesday August 21st had to be rescheduled due to my insurance company not giving my doctor's office complete information. So I am in a holding pattern waiting for them to coordinate everything.  At least I'm still in contention so I won't get negative about this roadblock I will just remain patient and await final approval.
