My weight loss journey continues for Life. My Gastric Sleeve procedure  in 2010 was a God Send tool for me. I will continue to exercise ,eat healthy, get enough rest,and love me. Mind ,body and soul for me is the ???? ????  plus years and going strong . Yes, I did have a struggle during the pandemic being a Frontline healthcare provider and not eating as healthy as wanting, work and stress is not a great combination for energy.  I  did get back to the basics after get an increase of weight to 128 lbs in summer 2022.Back down to 110 lbs December  2022. Meditation ???????, yoga,exercise, and patience ???? Amen
