The beginning...

So I been thinking that I should be making an effort to journal my experiences with weight loss. I have to be honest, I am definately NOT a literary scholar, so these entries will be far from perfect! I have a tendancy to just blurt out whatever comes to my mind. But I do intend for this to be my place to vent... to share complaints... and most importantly to share successes! So with that said.... here we go:As of now.. I am currently in the beginning stages of my journey. I have gone to my consultation and I have been working on gathering all the required information.... and doing the required steps so that I can be officially submitted to insurance. I have my appointment for the Resting Metabolic Rate and the Psychiatric Evaluation tomorrow in Charlotte. After that.. I should technically have all I need for submission.
Tomorrow evening.. I intend to go to one of the evening group counseling meetings. That should be interesting.
I will come back after those appointments and update more then.
Oh... what am I looking for from this blog/site?? Well... Friends...Support...Information Sources.. all that good stuff.
