Hello Janice~~just read your post!! Sorry your having this trouble with hunger and when your emotions kick in, it's very difficult. How about trying a protein shake! It might take some time to find the one you like. Crystal Lite just came out with a new flavor Sunrise Orange, it's good. Please stop by the New York Message board and say hello! Maybe you could post the same question here. You will find a great group of supportive people. Wishing you all the very best. here.http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/state-forums/NY

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
