One month out

I'm feeling great today.  Went to Jason's deli for lunch today.  I dont know what I was thinking.  I got a chicken sandwich. Only ate about 1/4 of it without the bread.  Will have more of it for dinner. 

Started a April 2011 Sleevers group on OH today.  I really would like to talk to other that had their VSG in April.

Hope everyone else is doing well also.
Frost warning for tonight...really..Its May 2nd.  Well it puts a damper on a walk tonight.
