Ok so I was just released from the hospital...I was socializing and was not paying attention to the food on the plate....and stretched my pouch and caused extreame amounts of abdomnal pain and my surgeon send me to the er....so he ran a large quanity of test and everything came back normal....and he decided I streched my pouch.  The fact that I have never done that scared me....so I spent the night and came home with a special diet for stage one...liquids for today and tomorrow a little more and then on Wednesday back to regular foods. Will keep you updated as things progress.
