I am 40 years old have 3 kids and the most wonderful woman in the world as my best friend and wife she is a true blessing.My weight has balloned in the last 6 years due to the crappy way I eat and lack of excercise.I have developed diabetes and severe sleep apnea in the last year.I have made the choice to do whatever is possible to change things so I can be there for my children they are my priority in life.We all make bad decisions that lead us to the way we are but it is the choices you make to change that show true character.Semper Fi.
