I'm 5'4" and 266 as of the last time I weighed which was a few weeks ago. (I weighed 283 2 years ago but was able to take and keep off a whole 17 pounds on my own but no more) I am waiting for Cleveland Clinic to call me to make my first appointment! I want rny and would like to weigh 165 at the most!
Right now I have sleep apnea, arthritis in my knees, and a bad lower back. Steps leave me winded. Showering leaves me winded.
I can't wait to ride a roller coaster and a bike or take a walk with my friends at their speed!
My husband and 2 good friends are supportive. I know the rest of my family will not be, so it will be quite some time before I tell them.
Hope I don't have to wait to long to get in to CC!!
