"Dr. Ungson and his team exceeded my expectations from the minute we arrived in Mexico. I didn't realize I was getting a team of doctors and nurses and not just one surgeon. Dr. U and two other surgeons and an internist all perform the operation, so I got 4 highly skilled doctors for the price of one. And each of the doctors came and visited me twice a day while I was in the hospital! The private nurse, Lourdes, came every day to the hospital and every day we were in the hotel afterward. She is wonderful. and speaks excellent English. If we had a problem or concern, she took care of it. She made sure our every need was met in the hospital and out. Amazing! Also, the office manager, Luz, was fantastic. She speaks fluent English as well and was a lifesaver more than once. She handles so many things for us that we just had to sit back and enjoy the ride. Truly, this team of people made my surgery seem more like a week at the spa than surgery! Dr. U has a great sense of humor, relaxes everyone immediately when you meet him, and was very approachable for everything. I recommend this amazing team of professionals to anyone who needs surgery and especially those who are self-pay. Thanks Dr. U and team for giving me a new life. You will forever be in my heart!"
