I lost 200lbs, and in Oct 2004 I was blessed with my son, I gained 20lbs during pregnancy. I did well until 2015 when I started dealing with some health issues, and then in Sept 2017, my fiance was killed in a car accident. Instead of dealing with the stress and depression, I leaned on food and beer, quickly adding to the regain.
Enough is Enough!! Back on track, and setting 1st goal to lose 45lbs. This should help with my blood pressure and idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Once that is under control, another goal will quickly follow!
