Update!!!

Hello everyone sorry i haven't updated but there hasn't been much going on. I am down to 347 which is 173 since last march and -110 since surgery. I feel great and cant wait for the snow to go away so i can actually start doing some stuff outside. I am looking into buying a bike so i can ride with my kids & also i am going to enter a 5k in April...scared shitless but i will do it anyway. well this is just a quick update & i will comment tomorrow because tomorrow is my weight check day.
