I am so excited God gave me a Mother's Day gift. Yesterday I woke up and weighed and had lost 50 pounds which is about half of what I need to lose.   My father is very ill and I had to fly out to Chattanooga this past week so I was not with my husband and kids for Mother's Day so I thought it was cool that God gave me something. I think 50 pounds in 10 weeks is great.

I have collar bones!!!!!! I also lost something I am having trouble finding my second and third chin and I do not want them back.

Today I went to the doctor for my 2 week post op. I have lost 25 pounds and am now obese no longer morbidly obese (HOORAY)!!!! That is so exciting to hear. The only bad thing they had to say and I already knew is I am not eating enough so they told me to set an alarm for every three hours to remind me to eat. I am feeling good and so excited I made the decision to do this. I have no regrets!!!!

The doctors office called me yesterday and they had a cancellation and my new date is 2/28/07. I am so excited but also overwhelmed I had to start the liquid diet with no mental prep time but that is okay. Only 12 days left.

Surgery is scheduled for 3/12/07. I t still hasn't hit me, is this real ???? I am in planning mode figuring out where the kids will go and all that stuff. My husband said I figured you would be jumping around and stuff. I guess I am just in dibelief.  HOORAY HOORAY HOORAY

HOORAY I got approved in one day. I am so excited I can't see straight.
HOORAY HOORAY HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!! My consult was 1/4/07 and I am already approved but I worked hard getting everything lined up waiting for employer to purchase an obesity rider 1/1/07. I have been working on this since 8/06!!!!

I am so excited I had my first consultation today and everything went well. He said I am a good candidate for surgery with low risk. He also said he doesn't think insurance approval will be a problem. The only thing I have to do prior is see th psychologist. Keep me in your prayers now it is just waiting which I am not good at.
