Jim: I'm very excited for you!!! You have the right attitude, go in, get it done and go home and do what you have to do. Walk, walk, walk!!! I'm three 1/2 months post-op and have lost about 70 pounds. It took me forever to make the decision to have WLS but now I'm soooo glad I did. I wish you only the best! Hugs, Kathy

Well, I am only 49 hours away from the surgery that is going to change my life! I'm still a bit nervous, but I have trust that God is in ultimate control of what happens to me so no need to stress out. I have the humble beginnings of an area on one of my websites that will in time have the diary of this neat journey that I am about to start.
