A Year Gone!!

Feb 5th was one year. I have lost a total of 176 lbs. I am 4 lbs. away from my goal. Life is good and I feel great. I have started graduate school and I am currently in a relationship with a great guy.

I have lost another 7 lbs which now makes 157 lbs total. I am in a size 10 now. I am feeling great and starting to look good. I am so thankful I did not gain over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I really watched my portions and exercised a lot. Lets see if I do that good through the Christmas Holiday.

On November 5th I lost 150 lbs. That is right people, 150 gone in only 9 months. I have reached my 1st goal. My next goal is to lose another 30 lbs. I am in no hurry. Clothes are expensive and I cant wear them for very long anyways. I am so pumped!!!!!!

I have lost a total of 146 lbs. 4 more lbs. to my goal of losing 150 lbs. My next goal is to lose 30 lbs. more and then I am done. Unless, I keep losing. I am still exercising. It is easy to do when you are not struggleing with the weight. I can eat just about anythng I want except for bread. Bread is'nt good for you anyways. I am starting Grad School in Jan. I am really excitied but nervous. I havent been in school since 2000. I just got back from vacation in Eureka Springs. My parents took me. We went on a shopping spree in Branson while I was there. I had no winter clothes. We are going back in the Spring for new summer clothes. I never thought I would have so much fun losing this weight. I have had a great support system. My family and friends are the best.

I have lost a grand total of 127 lbs. At least 52 lbs. to go. Things are really good. I had my 6 month check up on the 16th and all my labs came back good. B12 could be a little higher and Vit D was really high. This is due to tanning per the nurse. Still lifting weights and doing cardio. Still on track!!!!
Slowing Down!

I have lost 114 lbs. The weight is not coming off as quickly anymore. I have increased my weight lifting a lot. That most likely has something to do with the slow down. Things are good. I am running out of clothes that fit. I am going to have to go shopping soon. Fun!!!

I have lost 101 lbs and I feel great. I did it in under 5 months. My hair is still falling out like crazy. I have been throwing up a lot. Like 5 or 6 times a month. I think I eat to fast or I do not chew well. It is really weird because I can not throw up food. The skin isnt so bad yet. I have really been working out to tone everything up. I never thought I would enjoy working out but I do.

I have lost 83 lbs. I cant believe it! Just 17 lbs. away from a 100 lbs. and 67 lbs. away from 150 lbs. I am now using 10 lbs. weights. My hair is falling out like crazy. I am upping the protein to try to stop the hair loss. Everything else is going great. Couldnt be happier. I would totally do it over and over and over again.

I have lost 68 lbs. I want to lose 150 total. I am almost half way there. My rollerblades were to small so I sent them back. I never put another order in cuz my knee poped out again. That hurt and I would probabley hurt myself even worse if I were to skate. I have been sick with a horrible sore throat. I have had it for a week now. I do not have a cold or allgeries just a very tender throat and neck. I have been to the doc twice and they just say it is viral and it will have to run its course. So they continue to have me take steroids and pain pills. Lucky for me the steroids have not increased my appetite and they give me lots of energy. So weird!! The 5th will be my 3 month aniversarry. I wish I could have made it to 75 lbs but I didnt. I luv that I just keep shrinking. It is so amazing!!

I have lost 53 lbs. Things are going great! I can not tolerate ground beef no matter how lean and any type of bread. I eat a lot of Chicken and Mexican food. The exercise program is going good also. I am wearing smaller jeans and dress pants now. I have ordered some rollerblades and cant wait to start skating!!
