 Let's see it's been three years yesterday since my re-birth...

I still don't eat and drink together. I still don't drink from a straw. I still don't eat sugar, don't drink soda or diet soda. I still don't clean my plate. I still don't eat sugar and processed carbs.

I still exercise, I still watch what I eat.

I still fit in my size 8 jeans.... I climbed to the top of a mountain.
