Finally approved...

After 2 denials, I tried the 3rd time with my Insurance company and finally got approved! 

I've done the psych evaluation and dietician appointment.  So just waiting for my doc to review and sign off on them.  Once that happens I'll have one last appointment with Dr Nagy and schedule the surgery!

It's been a long wait and LOTS of work but I did it!!!
