There was a surgeon everyone was recommending about 10 years back in Toronto or Scarborough area, does anyone know who that is? He worked with OHIP and would piggy back personal surgery on that to pay out of pocket.

There was a surgeon everyone was recommending in Toronto or Scarborough area years ago when I had my surgery. Can someone tell me who that is??
Or if someone knows a surgeon near Woodstock Ontario who will work with OHIP. Thanks
