"I first met Dr. Jamie Cyriac about 15 minutes before I went into the OR. My first impression of Dr. Cyriac was that he was a very kind, patient, reassuring, energetic, and confident surgeon. He allowed me to ask any questions I wanted to prior to surgery and when he came to see me in the TEGH after surgery.
His secretary, Lorraine, is a very, very nice, cheerful lady and I'm always happy to talk to her. She has always answered any questions I have asked her over the phone (ones that didn't require asking Dr. Cyriac or another member of the team). She's a definite asset to the program.
Dr. Cyriac's bedside manner, and his surgical competence are both great. He made sure I was in no pain after the surgery (or as little as possible) and I have had no surgical complications whatsoever. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to have a gastric bypass in the GTA region.
Although, OH doesn't recommend 110% positive reviews, I never had any cause for complaint with Dr. Cyriac or his secretary."
