"Dr. Fowler is very personable. I only met with him once for my consult and went to his seminar as he explained the different types of surgeries he does and answered questions. He's very easy to talk to, and after meeting with him, I knew that I definitely wanted him to perform my surgery. He also has THE softest hands I ever felt on a man. LOL. :-)
