Its been two years out for me as of yesterday. 3-2-08. The first year the road was not always easy in many ways but I look at my body now and I am happy! All I need is a tummy tuck and the past life of being obese will be totally gone! I am 135 lbs and I have to work not to lose more weight! Its an incredible feeling to be able to eat what I want and still have to think I better eat more so I dont lose any more weight instead of years of thinking the opposite way! Life is good, very good.
