My story should be on life time ha, ha. well I am a single mom of three i am 360 pounds who just gained her weight back after having lap-band 6 years ago. I have been struggling all my life with this problem and now I am tired of the fight. I have tried everything and nothing seemed to work so here I go again but this time I am in it for the long haul with the RNY I have surgery on the 30 of November and I thought that I would not get approved seeing that I had the Lap-band but the gave me the opportunity to try this again.And I will make the best of this.
I had all my Pre-op testing and everthing went well. All my paper work went to my Gastric doctor. and now the journey begin

It is getting closer to my date and I am scared for some reason I been having feelings that things are going to go wrong for me in the room I know that that is just the devil trying to get in my head but some times it just gets to overwelming the closer that it gets but I can't let that stop me know I have came to far.

What a deal I just delt myself I had the shingles from the 9th on the doctor said that it is a form a the chicken pox so you know that I had to look it up and it was true. I guess that I am so worried about the surgery that I am having that I made myself sick my first surgery is on the 21th I will be having the I.V.C filter inserted in my cavity befor the surgery that is on the 30th of november and I guess that I should just start keeping my cool. till next time

HI GUYS I'M BACK
THE POST-OP IS GOING GOOD NOW I HAD MY SURGERY ON NOVEMBER 30 WITH A LITTLE BIT OF COMPLICATIONS BUT ALL IS WELL I AM DOWN 35 POUNDS NOW BUT MY MEASUREMENT ARE DOWN A LOT I JUST REALIZE THAT IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT THE SCALE IT IS MORE THAN THAT SO WHEN MY SCALE DON'T MOVE I'M NOT WORRIED BECAUSE NOW I NOW THAT THERE ARE OTHER WAYS THAT I CAN LOSE.

WELL THE ONLY THING THAT I CN SAY SO FAR IS THAT I AM AT A STALL RIGHT NOW. THE SCALE HAS NOT MOVED AT ALL SO I MADE A DOCTOR VISIT AND HE TOLD ME THAT SOMETHING MUST BE WRONG WITH MY SCALE AND TO BRING IT IN. SO I DID THAT AND HE TOOK MY SCALE FROM ME AND TO ME THAT I WAS GOING TO RUN MY SELF IN THE HOLE WORYING ABOUT THE SCALE THAT THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAVE ME A TAPE MEASURE AND HE WAS RIGHT THE INCHES ARE JUST GOING AWAY AND NOW I ONLY GET WEIGHED AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE AND THAT TAKES AWAY A LOT OF THE STRESS SO TILL NEXT TIME.
