I have gained back a little weight. I am at about 215. I am here looking for some others who have experienced the laziness mindset and are just doing whatever... I am dissapointed in myself yet thankful for the weight I have kept off. I need to start walking again and get back to the basics of the gastric bypass post op way of life. I am hoping to find a forum for people in my situation. I need the support.
