 Just updating my status here.  I have my surgery date September 12, 2011 and am getting the sleeve.  I will need to stop drinking pop as of August 7th and will switch to ice tea.  Then, I plan to one weeks later switch to decaf ice tea.  I need to slowly lose my caffine addiction, which isn't real bad like you coffee lovers.  On August 30th I start my liquid diet, GOD HELP ME!!!  I am planning on keeping busy and away from food during these times.  Next time I update will probably be complaining about being on that liquid diet, until then, I will enjoy food!  :)

Just turned 31 yesterday and went to the support group in BG.  I saw the doc a few weeks ago and they surprised me in telling me my insurance only required 3 months, was a happy moment.  I have two more NUT appointments, a psy appointment this Thursday, and that is it!!!  All my tests and everything is done.  My hardest changes will be NOT gulping milk and not drinking Pepsi.  My goal is to lose 115 lbs and I will be at a great place....  Can't wait!!!
