"My first impression of Dr. Verseman was wonderful! I ended knowing the receptionist way back in high school so that was pretty funny and the whole office staff and especially Gwen was outstanding! I only sat in the chair for about 5 minutes and then Gwen the MA called me right back to do the weight part on the fancy BMI/Wt analysis scale and then took me in the room and did the vitals, talked a bit and explained that he was called to surgery and he might be awhile. He was there with 15 minutes which I thought was great, especially since he went to help out a fellow surgeon with a surgery. He was very thourough, kind, gentle, right to the point and has a sense of humor. He so far has a great bedside manner. He spent over an hour with me talking to me in great detail about the procedure risks and benfits and my history. I can't wait to get the surgery date.
