"My first impression was a good one. I had my first consult yesterday (Friday Jan 8th) and his office was running pretty much on time. He didn't rush me through the consultation, and I didn't feel like I was a number or anything. The office staff was friendly. The waiting room had oversized chairs and regular ones. The dr's office had oversized chair too. He explained everything calmly and was really relaxed, putting me at total ease. I know I will be in good hands when he performs the surgery."
