My name is Jen. I'm a 38 year old wife (16 yrs and counting), mother of 2 daughters, 18 & 15 and a Child & Youth Worker. I'm a born and raised city girl but traded that all in many years ago, and now live a quiet life in a little hamlet by the lake.
I wasn't a heavy child or teenager. It wasn't until after I had my second baby that my weight began to climb. For the last 14 years it's been a flurry of raising kids, working full time and getting FAT!
Now that my oldest daughter has moved 4 hours away (UGH! 
) to attend school and my youngest daughter needs me less and less....it's time for ME! It's time for me to do something for me and remind myself how important of a person I am! I want to walk my girls down the aisle and rock my grand-babies (many years away lol) and be the best version of me that I can!
It's time to hang up this fat suit...FOREVER!!!
