I had a rude awakening when I tried running for the firs time in about 6 years. I couldn't walk for almost two weeks. My skin was on fire my muscles felt like I got beat up and I was just miserable all the way around.. this is after only barely jogging

I had the VSG two years ago, I never lost near the weight I was supposed to and have gained most of it back. I want to have revision to RNY and the only two responses I got were negative. Can anyone tell me why DS is better than RNY? I don't understand

I am still considered a light weight even though I have gained most of my weight back.  I have 64 lbs to lose and am wondering if the RYN revision from my sleeve is a dumb idea.. .I'm catching heck from the revision forum for not continuing on to DS. B

Started my couch to 5k yesterday. It was horrible. I had the worst asthma attack of my life and honestly don't know how I got home BUT I did it again today and lasted 19 min of my 30 min and walked home from there. I did good. I'm very proud of myself.
