"My first impression of Dr. Kerlakian was that he wanted to make sure this is something you truly wanted to do and it was a good choice for you. My father and I both feel confident in leaving my welfare in his hands on 6/23/03. Dr. Kerlakian's nursing and office staff treated me great. They are so understanding and did not make me feel as if I was a failure since I need the surgery. Even his nurse made me feel better by not thinking I weighed as much as I do. There really isn't anything I do not like about Dr. Kerlakian. He was very open about the three deaths he has had due to complications of the surgery or other issues that arised after. I would definitely rate him at least a 9 out of 10. I see him again on the 28th of May. My husband finally met Dr. K and he felt very easy around him. Michael feels a lot better once talking to the doctor. He even entertained a picture with me for my scrapbook, what a doc."

"The bracelet I chose was the Blue, Lapis, and Silver which cost 49.95 plus I had three lines of engraving which was another 12.00. The only thing I think there should be a lower cost in the engraving or at least your name for free if you engrave more than one line."
