So on 29 Dec, I became 3 years Post Op! What a wild ride! I have gained some weight back, not to much at all, but enough for my jeans to be snug, and I need to drop a few pounds..lol.. Working on that now.
I am able to eat more at one setting now, which I am trying to put a stop to..lol, but nothing like before the surgery. After I lose these 10 lbs or so, I am going to look into have Plastic surgery. I need a tummy tuck, and breast lift. after 3 kids, and losing 120 lbs, my body did not bounce back perfectly..lol, but hey what can I expect?!
I will be 29 years old this March, and can't wait till I hit the big 3 0! Time to put a new chapter in my life! My 20's have been pretty good, some up and downs, but now with becoming older, and gaining new life experiences, learning life lessons, I am ready to say good by to the 20's and hello to the 30's.
I was on "The Doctors TV show" in the 1st part on Dec, for people who have had children after WLS, that was a cool experience, and my pregnancy with Christian was so much easier!

To everyone fixen to have this surgery! Good luck!!!!!! Hang on for the ride of your life!

Well Dec 29th brings me a new year. My 2 Year Post Op Anniversary! I am weighing in at 128 lbs that is a total loss of 120 lbs!
Go Me Go ME!!
This was the best choice I ever made in my entire life!
I have had no complications at all with my surgery, and life is wonderful!
I had a new baby on April 27 2008 a little boy named Christian, I only gained 13 pounds with him, and he was 7 lns 9 oz of that.

To everyon out there who is having the surgery, thinking about it or just had it! Good Luck, and hold on, it's a great ride!!!!!!

Wow it has been 1 year and almost 2 months since my Gastric.
So much has happened this last year. 
I got pregnant in July..lol.. And our new baby boy is due April 28th, I have lost a ton of weight, and damn I feel GREAT! 
I am 7 months pregnant, and am waring my old size 12 jeans, No Maternity jeans here, though I could use a pair..lol... But even the pair i have are a MEdium, and the tops are all Mediums as well.. No XL or XXL here!! Woo-Hoo!! That was funny to type though.. "My old size 12 jeans" LMAO.. 
I am hoping after the baby is born to lose about 30 pounds and then i'll be right around ware I want to be. Now if i lose more then Yippy for me!!

I must admit even though I am pregnant and feel like crap b/c of it, I feel wonderful also at the same time.. did that make any since? I just feel great! 
And I look pretty damn good too! My husband is still loving it.. lol.. I am able to get down with my kiddos and play! Really play! Not this sit there and watch them crap, really have fun with them!
Having my surgery, was the best decision I have ever made for myself, and if I had to do it all again, I would in a heart beat!!
To everyone just beggining this journey.. Hold on it is a wild ride and so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are just embarking on one of the hardest and most rearding things you will ever do for yourself!

WOW!! My First thanksgiving Post-Op! This is going to be so much fun!! I know this year, I wont be over eating, and stuffing myslef like a pig. I'll eat be satisfied, and everything will be cool.. hehe.. who am i kidding?? I am pregnant, of corse i'm going to be stuffed, but not to the extreme! 

My Best friend is having her surery December 3rd, we are going to be going out to dinner for her last meal on the 1st or 2nd, she is going to do great! i am so excited for her !! Love you girl!! 

Things on my end are really good! I still have not gained weight with the pregnancy, but the baby is growing very well, so so far so good!

Well there is my update, i am 11 months out, I'll update at my 1 year mark!

Hi my Obesityhelp friends! 
So I am 10 months out and a few days. Halloween was great yesterday, but DH Jeromy wasn't here, he is on a TDY for the Air Force.. fun fun!! 
The Pregnancy is going well, but I am having ALL DAY sickness, we know it is from the baby and not the surgery. I'll be glad when this passes.. hehe.. 
I am now 13 weeks6 days  preggo!! Woot-Woot. 
I have not gained any weight, i have actually lost about 8-10 pounds. I am teetering between 132-135 still not to shabby for being preggo and 10 months out of sugery. 

The baby is doing fine, heart rate has been in the hig 160's -170's They are going to be doing lots of scans to make sure the baby is growin good, and I get to have another one on November 13th, I'll be 15 weeks then so we are hopeing the baby will give us a little peak.. hehe if not i will have another scan at 20 weeks! 

i am feeling pretty good, don't have any energy right now, but hey what can i say? I have a 3.5 year old a 20 month old and am almost 14 weeks pregnant and Hubby is gone right now.. lol.. 

My BFF is schedualed for surgery on December 3rd almost 1 year from my surgery.. Wow i can not belive it has already been a year!! Man a lot has chaned!!!!

So how is everyone doing??? 
Just wanted to pop in here and tell everyone how my Dr. appt went today. Well I had my 9 month Fallow up today even though I'm not 9 months out yet, and everything is great! My Iron levels came up and Dr. Jenkins said they are perfect! Yea!! And the weight as of today is 143 pounds! So a total loss of 104 pounds! I am in the Century Club.. woot woot.. now to figure out how to get my card.. lol... 

And for my NEWS..... I am happy to announce that my husband and I are 5 weeks 5 days PREGNANT!! We are due May 2, 2008!!! 
I can't believe I got pregnant that fast, I went off of my IUD on July 26th, and wasn't supposed to start my birth control pills till my next pierod, So we thought we were carful, but we weren't.. lol.. I got pregnant around August 11th.. I called Dr. Jenkins and told him that I was pregnant, he said everything would be fine, b/c I have done perfectly, and again said I was his best pationt (wonder if he says that to everyone.. lol) ANd everything will be fine, he said he is also going to fallow me durring my pregnancy. 
So i saw him today, and he told me the same thing, I asked him questions about pregnancy after G/B and about if i have to have a C-Section would it interfer, and about taking the Glucose test for OB, drinking that NAsty crap, and he said I didn't have to do that they can check it by my blood, but it wont hurt me it just may make me dump.. I have never dumped at all, so I don't want to know bein pregnant.


He did tell me to just maintain my weight, and try not to lose anymore, and try not to gain any either, so that is what i am going to strive for.. we will see... I did tell OB that i am a Gastric Bypass Pationt, and had surgery 8 months ago, the nurse said I will more than likely be classified high risk, but the Doc will tell me for sure. I go in for my oriantaion for OB on 9/11 @ 1300. Then for there I will get my first OB appt and hopefully they will schedual an Ultra sound!

Man how time fly's when the weight is coming off!! I am down to 157 pounds, 90 pounds lost in 6 month's!! I fell great, and I know I will be at my goal before my 1 year Anniversary! 

So I talked with my Doc, and he is going to put in for me to have a lower body lift breast lift, and bat wing removel crap.. fun fun.. but I told him I didn't want to have all that done till after I have another baby, so he said I was fine now to get preggers, I have been doing wonderfully. 
Doc said i have lost the most weight out of all of the pationts here at Eglin, and I have done the best, I am his "star Pationt".. lmao.. thanks Dr. Jenkins I love to support!! 

So we are thinking about going ahead and trying to have another baby, he said it will even help with the weight loss, but we shall see, I am getting my IUD removed on July 27th, but I am going to get on another form of B/C for a little while.... i can't believe we are actually going to do this again,,, let it be a little girl this time.. lmao..

So things are wonderful life is grand, and i couldn't bee better!!

And Man do I feel GREAT!!!!
I am down to 168 pounds! Woot Woot!!!! Only 38 more pounds till I hit my Goal of 130 pounds and only 53 pounds till I hit my Docs Goal of 115 pounds. I do not think I am going to get to 115 pounds, but I will be happy with anything under 130. Hell I am happy right now! If I don't lose another pound I am happy! ;)
I go see my Doc on June 6th for my 6 month check up, it will be about 3 weeks early, but that is the only time they could get me in, so I am excited to see what my labs are going to be like. 

I am in a size 12 cloths right now, and some 10's, but mainly 12's.  It feels great to be able to shop anyware now, but I am still hesitent in buying a lot of cloths, since I am shrinking out of them so fast. 

I can not belive that my stomach is almost flat, I know I am going to have some extra sink there though from having babies, but I am trying to work on it, and not in any hurry to have it fixed, but I know that I am going to have to have a brest lift!! Those suckers have always been sagggy.. and now... man oh man... ware have the boobs gone?? SOUTH.. LMAO.... But again, I'm not in any hurry to have anything fixed, i'm going to wait a while before I deside to have any plastic's.... 
My life has been so much fun these last 5 months, don't get me wrong the first month was hard, as it is for just about everyone, but after the pain went away, and I was able to get out of the house, and just move around, I have felt wonderful!!
I went out and got a job at Logan's Roadhouse, and Walk away the pounds...  I have a much more fun bedroom life now.. *wink wink* 
ANd my husband is loving every min. of it. lmao... so I am not the only one to reep the rewards from GB.

I have lost a total of 79 pounds in 5 months! That is amazing to me. I set a mini Goal of loseing 100 pounds by my 6 month mark, and I now know that is unrealistic, and am Happy at ware I am, I have 1 month to lose 21 pounds.. Well Maybe it is not, but I don't think i am going to lose it.. I might if i try REALY hard.. hehe.. 
the weight loss has slow down some as to be expected, but I am happy with ware I am at, and I know my Doc is as well. 

I didn't know that my tail bone would hurt so much though.. lmao... When I sit Indian Styleon the floor, I don't have any padding there anymore to coushon my tail bone.. so that hurts.. My wedding ring is about to just fall off my finger, I have got to get a spacer or something for it, I don't want to go and get it resized right now, If I might lose more weight in my fingers.. and My show size is smaller, I was at an 8 and am now a 7... and i had such cute shoes.. lol.. oh well... it just gives me another reason to buy shoes... And thank god for FreeCycles, b/c I would be broke with buying a ton of new cloths... since the surgery I have only had to buy a few pairs of pants everything else I have gotten off of freecycles... If you don't know what that is go to yahoo.com click on groups, and type in your city or area plus freecycles by it, or just go to www.freecycles.org and it will take you to your freecycle site in your area.

Well Hello everyone... I hope who ever reads this is doing great! 
I had my 3 month fallow up yesterday and was 190 pounds, My Doc takes off 3 pounds for cloths, so that is 187 pounds, so I have lost 60 pounds in under 3 months!!!!!  Woot-Woot!!

MY acuale 3 months will be on the 29th, but he couldn't get me in then, so I had to have it on the 22nd, so who cares, i am happy with that! 
I have blood work in June for my 6 month appt.  so hopfully everything there will be good, as I am sure it will be! 

I am down from a size 20/22 to a lose 16, I could get into 14's but they are still a little snug, I do have a few pais of 15's that fit great!!

It is just an amazing journey that I am on. I never thought that I would ever see this size again to be honest. This is the size I was when my husband and I got married almost 7 years ago. 

I feel GREAT! I have more enery with my kiddo's, I am able to get on the floor and play with them, and wrestle around, and still be able to get up, and go on and do what I have to do around the house. 

I am able to sit Indian style in my computer chair, and my legs not get marks on them from ware the fat is getting oinched from the chair..lol... 
When I cross my legs now, my other leg goes way over the other one, and I can sit like a ladydoes and not a man/.. it may seem stupid to some but not to me! 

And things in the bedroom are absolutly wonderful! This may be TMI, but I don't care, it is impowering when you are ablo to do new things that you have not been able to do in a while, or not at all, and that your husband is such in awww, everytime he see's you. 
Dammit I love this surgery, and I love the woman that I am becoming.   I am still that old Crystal, but I look and feel so much better!

I have not had a problem with any food, which is scary at times, b/c I can eat whatever I want and have not dumped, I do not eat a lot of food, and I don't eat suger/ or bread, or fatty foods. Every now and htne I will have a little bit of Diet Soda, after I let it go flat!..lol.. 

Sometimes, I do miss being able to sit down to a big meal, but I don't miss all the weight that came with it, I am so happy and overjoyed that I did that, and I am finally living my life, not just going through the motions!!

Well I am 2 months out, and 52 pounds down!! Woot-Woot!! 

I go in for my 3 months check up on the 22nd, so I am looking forward to it.. 
I  was in a size 20-22 to a size 16 now, and I would say in a few weeks i'll be in a 14.. man I am excited!!
